Via the form or e-mail, you send us the type of problem, location, your role, and a brief description.

We assess whether the situation requires technical expertise. If it is not justified, we communicate that transparently.

Scheduling the inspection
We arrange the appointment, clarify required documents, and the objective of the inspection. Timelines are communicated from the outset.

Inspection and measurements
We analyse the affected area, take measurements, and document photographically. Conclusions are drawn after data analysis.

Technical analysis
We correlate visual findings, measurement results, and available information.

Technical report
Structured document describing the situation, delimiting cause and effects, technical reasoning, and conclusions.
